Can Multiple Scleloris Be Cured with Healthy Eating?

This is a fascinating video about my greatest passion–food. Not in the “foodie” sense, but in the you-become-what you-eat sense. I have cut out 90% of processed foods from my diet, and I have noticed a huge difference in my well being and body composition.  My results are nothing compared to the doctor featured in the video, who believes that she turned back multiple scleloris by eating a “hunter-gatherer” diet consisting only of whole foods, fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, berries, and organic meat.  She went from being nearly completely disabled to being able to live a vigorous life.  An amazing turnaround.

The doctor will be leading a clinical study that would put her hypothesis to the test.  Can her results be replicated in a controlled environment?  She says that initials results were breathtaking.  This doesn’t surprise me.  Diet is about 65% of the health battle, but sadly, it’s the one thing most people think about the least.  It’s almost criminal how the industrial food complex has placed some products on the market and labeled them as “food.”

About Khoa Nuyen

Aging and feeling crummy are for people who don't know any better. If a middle aged dude with a sedentary job can get these results, you can too.
