MIA: The Les Mills PUMP Workout Schedule

One of the annoying things about the Les Mills PUMP program is that it doesn’t come with a separate workout schedule. By that, I mean there’s no calendar or schedule where you can see what workout you need to do on a particular day, and check it off once you’re done. The lack of a separate workout schedule is a serious oversight considering that fact that the Les Mills PUMP workouts vary from week to week. Unlike other workout programs where you know you will be doing a particular workout on Monday thru Friday, with Les Mills PUMP you are regularly switching your workout from day to day. For instance, on Monday of week 1 you will be doing Pump Challenge. On Monday of week 2 Pump & Burn is scheduled. You will never do the same workout on the same day in any consecutive week. That’s a great way to keep you from getting bored, but without a proper workout schedule, you could feel confused as well.

There is a workout schedule in the Les Mills PUMP fitness guide that comes with the program. It lists all the workouts and the days when you’re supposed to do them, but the problem is it’s in the fitness guide. I don’t feel like raffling through several pages of the fitness guide to figure out what workout I’m supposed to be doing, especially since I do my workouts first thing in the morning and all the neurons in my brain aren’t firing just yet. I don’t need confusion first thing in the morning. Plus, I like to keep my Les Mills PUMP fitness guide as pristine as possible. I don’t want to mark it up with my notes and scribbling.

If you’re strictly low tech like me, I have created two Les Mills PUMP workout schedules that you can download and print. I carry these around in my workout clipboard and check the workouts off when I’m done with them. I hope they will make your life easier.
