Insanity: The Asylum, Vol. 2 Scheduled for Fall 2012 Release
You heard it here first, everyone. The workout that has built an rabid cult following is getting another sequel. Even thought it’s been out for almost a year, you haven’t heard me discuss much about Insanity: The Asylum Vol. 1 for a reason. I haven’t completed the program yet. It’s been sitting on my TV console for the last five months. I was planning to start it in the spring, but Les Mills PUMP really piqued my interest. Summer rolled around an Asylum got pushed back again because Body Beast showed up. I’m in my second week of Body Beast and loving it. I swear I’ll start Asylum soon. I have to, because Vol. 2 is going to be released this fall. It promises to be no less intense.
What You Should Expect With Insanity: The Asylum Vol. 2
More Pain. To be honest with you, I have to muster up the mental energy to take on Asylum. I have tested some of the workouts and they are brutally tough. You’d better be on your top game to even try them. Asylum makes Insanity look easy in comparison if you can believe that. As a Team Beachbody coach, I had a chance to work out live with Shaun T and he previewed some new moves which will be included in Asylum, Vol. 2. Let me just say that they will destroy your will to workout 🙂 Be prepared to have “uncle” on speed dial because you’re going to be calling him a lot when you’re doing The Asylum Vol. 2. I know this warning won’t discourage any of you Insaniacs. If you’re like me, you’re excited by the idea of staggering from a workout drenched in sweat and other body fluids.
If you haven’t been committed to the Asylum yet, order your copy now. Shaun T has stated for the record that you will not be able to do Vol. 2 unless you have graduated from Vol. 1.
