Why I love Marines

This is the best kind of fitness and health story I can think of. I’m eager to share it because it is inspiring as hell.  When faced with adversity that would crush most people (going blind and having both his legs amputated), this Marine shrugs it off as another life obstacle to overcome. He is now competing in the Marine Corps trials (an athletic event for wounded warriors).  His attitude is what makes Marines different from everybody else.  No excuses.  No bellyaching.  No self-pity.  Do or die, Semper Fi.  Pretty much every Marine I know embodies this spirit to some degree.   Click here to read the full article.

About Khoa Nuyen

Aging and feeling crummy are for people who don't know any better. If a middle aged dude with a sedentary job can get these results, you can too.
